To thoughtfully serve patients without traditional dental insurance, we offer an exclusive in-house membership designed for those who value proactive, health-centered care and a confident, lasting smile.
Our membership includes preferred pricing on preventive, basic, and major services, fully covered professional cleanings, and all necessary diagnostic x-rays. In fact, members save over $100 per year on preventive care alone.
Looking for coverage for your entire family? Additional adult memberships within the same household receive a $100 savings. (Please note: discounts do not apply to multiple pediatric memberships.)

Eligibility and Additional Information:

Cannot simultaneously file commercial dental insurance while covered by the membership plan.

At least one basic membership purchase is required in order to purchase additional memberships.

If a comprehensive exam is needed, patient is responsible for the differential between that and a periodic exam.

Periodontal maintenance patients are eligible for the membership, and are responsible for $105 of the periodontal maintenance at each cleaning, including those on 3 and 4 month recare schedules.

Only children ages 2-12 are eligible for the pediatric membership.

Plans run from the date of payment to the same date one year later.

Membership payments are non-refundable.
